Return Policy We offer a 3-day return window for damaged products only. This means you can request a return within 3 days of receiving your item if there is a defect. To initiate a return, contact us at support@kissandcrunch.com or WhatsApp us at +91 75980 30203. Note that return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or missing.
In case of order errors, such as incorrect delivery addresses or unavailability to receive the item, please contact us within 7 days for reshipment with additional courier fees. Refunds are not available in these cases.
If a delivery cannot be completed due to a non-serviceable area, a 100% refund will be provided.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food products, mixes, and pickles) and customized items. Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable. For any questions about specific products, reach out to us at support@kissandcrunch.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders Upon receiving your order, inspect the items and contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or incorrect product so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days via your original payment method. Note that processing times may vary based on your bank or credit card provider. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please reach out at support@kissandcrunch.com.
