Shipping Time:

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24-48 working hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Occasionally, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as order preparation time or logistical issues.
We are using Razorpay as our trusted payment partner.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.

Important Information:

Delivery Responsibility: Kiss & Crunch is not liable for delays caused by the logistics provider once the product is shipped.
Order Accuracy: Before finalizing your order, please double-check your delivery address and phone number to ensure smooth delivery.
If there is any error in the provided contact information or if communication with the delivery partner is not established upon delivery attempt, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, a refund is not possible, but we will arrange for a reshipment if contacted within 7 days. Additional courier charges may apply.
If the delivery location is deemed non-serviceable by our logistics partner, we will issue a 100% refund.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Tamil Nadu: 3-7 working days after shipment.
South Indian States (Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Telangana): 3-10 working days after shipment.
All Other Indian States: 7-14 working days after shipment.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the order and the destination. Charges will be shown at checkout and may vary based on seasonal factors or promotions.

Tracking Your Order:

After shipping, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with tracking details, allowing you to track your package via the courier provider’s website.

Shipping Limitations:

We currently ship only within India.

Delivery Delays:

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, unexpected delays can occur due to weather, logistics, or high-demand periods. We will notify you of any delays and work to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.
